Having worked in the design and construction world for over two decades, Zach has an unusually broad exposure and expertise. He worked through high school performing high value remodeling work with his father before attending college at The University of Portland in 2009. While attending college he completed five summer internships for the Oregon Department of Transportation as a Construction Inspector, gaining invaluable experience in the public sector. Soon after receiving his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2014, he simultaneously commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force. After immediately transitioning to the National Guard, Zach briefly worked as a Site Development Engineer for the City of Beaverton in 2014 while simultaneously starting Marsh Renovation and Construction. After rapid growth as a sole proprietor, Zach ultimately created Marsh LLC in 2015 and has been passionately redefining his craft ever since.
