An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a effective option to add new, inhabitable square footage to your property. Many people add them as a means to generate passive income, while others add them to serve as an isolated extension of their home. Some jurisdictions such as Portland even allow two ADUs on a single lot. The ADU Assessment is a streamlined combination of our other services with the goal of providing you with everything you need to commit to building your ADU. 

The ADU Assessment includes:

• Preliminary site research using publicly available data (included in Consultation)*

• One scheduled site visit up to 2hrs to include measurements

• Code analysis and evaluation of client goals

• As-built drawings to include up to three layout options

• Basic cost estimates for these layout options

• Financial impact/ROI analysis

• PDF report provided via email

*This service is a Consultation for an ADU Assessment which includes a 15min phone call and up to 45min of basic investigation. You will receive an email outlining basic options/costs based on our phone call and preliminary code research for your property. The email will outline pricing for a full ADU Assessment if you choose to take your project a step further
