With a Feasibility Consultation, we will perform preliminary research on your property, schedule a site visit, and discuss potential design/build options. You will receive an email write-up filled with critical information and considerations to help guide your decisions. If you choose to Build With Marsh, this fee will be credited towards the project.

Preliminary site research based on publicly available data
One scheduled site visit up to 1hrs
Evaluation of client goals and code analysis
Basic cost estimate to include option impact
PDF document summarizing analysis
Add-on: financial impact/ROI analysis
